ARE WE PRIVILEGED ENOUGH AS A HUMAN SPECIES?

How privileged are we?

This is the only generation of time where everyone can talk or text virtually without contacting personally or physically. We are making electrons place our bidding with the help of technology which our ancestors thought off as sorcery or magic. Science is making us live longer, healthier, happier and everything Now done is never done ever before, which is fascinating.

The world that we live in right now is the best time ever until now. Every previous generation has experienced inequality, suffering, torture especially discrimination against women. But now everyone is in the direction to strive towards equality and recent data do suggests that we are living in much safer world than ever before except for pollution and climate change.

We are much safer Now because there is suffering in every previous generation like hunger, war, devastation etc. Only now we are able to combat the problems in an effective manner.

We are enjoying the fruits of the internet and functioning of quantum mechanics that physicists planted the foundations in 1920s like transistors, computer, internet.

And finally we Now know our place in the universe and how significantly insignificant we absolutely are(so tiny, so tiny) and still our 3 pounds of brain figured most of it out and created a self sustaining civilization for themselves and thought about the beginning of everything(big bang) and unraveling the inner workings of the universe.

The humility we feel when we look up and wonder about everything is unfathomably inconceivable and incredible indeed.

How privileged are we? Very very much so 😊.

MEASUREMENTS THAT CAN TAKE A TOLL ON YOUR BRAIN.

This is the journey from smallest unit of measurement to human to universe.

The smallest measurement is known as Planck length. Do you know how small that is?
If we consider a grain of sand as a Planck length, then the total size or number of Planck lengths filled in a proton is 4 light years distance approximately. Which means if we fill out all grains of sand from here to nearest star known as Proxima centauri, which is 40 trillion kilometers across, then you arrive at the size of a proton.

Now if we consider a proton as a dust particle, then the size of an atom is a cathedral hall(a huge church).

And if those atoms are clumped up with a number of 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 then you are filled up with a human being size. Which means if we cut a human being to 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 pieces then each piece will be an atom.

7.7 billion of those humans with millions of other species and dust and quantity of earth fills earth. But we can fit 1,000,000 earth's inside a sun.


Those suns or more massive than sun's if clumped up to 100,000,000,000 of them, then it will be a galaxy.

And if we clumped up 2,000,000,000,000 of those galaxies, then we come to what we call as an observable universe.

Quite a journey, isn't it?

LIFE AND WHY IT IS A JOURNEY.

We don't know before we born, will we be alive? There is no possible way of asking that question, until Only after being born and with sufficient amount of experience of being alive.

And we don't know what happens after we die, before we die. No logical explanation, ever explains what it is meant to die. When we dream and when we have nightmares, our dream automatically stops the moment we feel like dying in dream, because even our brain don't have The ability to perceive what happens after we die. So we wake up and often suspend in disbelief about dream.

The only thing matters in life is journey, not origin and not destination. What we are when we are living matters than thinking about after life which probably doesn't exist.

So live the life you want to live rather than accepting the norms. Respect others and be respected with your actions. Enjoy the process and not the result. Face the adversities with smile and knock the sucker punch out of problems.

Science, medicine has allowed humans to prolong the journey much further and much farther. With the recent advents of new techniques like CRISPR, we are able to live life, be happier than ever before. And we can conceive of living longer, extending our journey of stupifyingly improbable event known as life, having more experiences than any human ever experienced before, embracing new technology and getting equipped to intelligence as we are heading towards type 1 civilization, trying to achieve immortality(not worrying about death) and we will die only when  we get bored and kill ourselves.

ONLY THE JOURNEY MATTERS.

THE ESSENCE OF LIFE

Do you know what is the essence of life?. The answer is mystery.

We know how we came to be what we are, know certain laws of nature, but we really don't know why we're here?, where did we came from?.

It is probabilistically higher that universe seems to choose to not exist, but it did exist. Probabilistically higher that we donot exist in that grueling competition that we should undergo before we come to life, but here we are existing.

Our chance of existence is one in a trillion, but still we exist just to die. Many animals don't know why they exist, what even existence means, but they do exist just to be killed by us to eat.

We don't know why universe is so so huge, in fact infinitely huge, but we are only in earth and only humans can conceive to leave this planet and not any animal.

We don't know why atoms of such size(10 to the power of -27) are there and somehow they are the building blocks of everything. We don't know why there are 10 to the power of 22 stars in our observable universe, why around 25 stars will be born in one second and around 3 stars will explode in a supernovae.

We don't know why universe contains only 5% ordinary matter and 95% of matter we don't know. We don't know why only 5% of matter in the universe consists of what we know(i.e stars, planets, neutron stars, black holes, comets).

We don't know how we are conscious enough to express ourselves, have feelings, contemplate, enjoy and why our brains are the most complex object in the universe known to us.


But what we know is we do exist and we know that we don't know everything.

So celebrate that we survived the most treacherous,improbalistic journey and winning the lottery somehow by living.

Celebrate not knowing rather than behaving that we know everything about anything and somehow some sort of god is playing dice with you and everything is predetermined which is probably not worthwhile to think.

STANDING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE

                                   

Why people emphasize this point and why it is probably the hard thing to do(assuming it is hard)

Everyone has different life, different situations depending on the environment they live and the way they are raised or not raised. So each one experience a different life all together. 7.3 billion lives in which one might not be the same with other.

For example, Bill Gates view the life differently than an average person do. Every situation is unique for each individual and does not include everyone even though you think it is.

Unless we experience the exact same situation, that other person experienced,  and if the thinking matches with that other person, only then we can respond to that in a arbitrarily correct way.

That's why it looks easy, but it's hard to exactly replicate what other person think on the other side of the fence. But if we can let go of our prejudices and preconceived notions about an opinion, then we may possess the arsenal to think in those terms.

"Standing on the other side of the fence" may be the better thing is to fly up and look overview🤣

How heavy elements like gold, silver and other elements came from?                                                                                                                                                            

In the event of the big bang (the beginning of our universe), only hydrogen, Helium and little bit of lithium has formed. Rest of the major elements like carbon in our life, nitrogen in the atmosphere, oxygen for blood and breathing, calcium in our bones are formed in cores of the stars, baked and cooked in extreme temperatures and pressures and elements like iron will form and stars  explode later, these elements will get scattered with enriched guts across the galaxy enabling the life as we know it.

If a star is say the size of our sun, then it will become a white dwarf. If a star is more than 1.4 to 3 times the mass of our sun, then gravity is so strong that electrons and protons will escape and only neutrons will exist which we know the densest matter other than black holes.

One teaspoon of neutron star weighs more than a Mount Everest. Those stars size will be 20 km radius but weighs more than our sun.

If those neutron stars collide with each other, they explode in one of the brightest firework known as kilo nova. Those neutron stars collide and explode and the pressure built in is so much that heavy elements as gold is formed.

We also got conclusive evidence when scientists detected gravitational waves of two colliding neutron stars on August 17 2017 by LIGO. This explosion occurred in NGC 4993 Galaxy aged 11 billion years. It is located from us at about 130 million light years away. 130 million years ago, dinosaurs are roaming here and there and no chance of domination for mammals on earth. However, in 2017, when light from that explosion reached earth, we were able to detect through gravity waves and through telescopes. Kudos to humans.

So next time if you catch on some gold, remember that it is formed in the collision of two neutron stars, (one of the most violent event in the universe) and that dust clumped together and stored in a planet known as earth.

The next greatest thing, the revolution that people look back at this moment after 100 years,  turns out that it is full of ridiculous, flabbergasting, preposterous application designed by humans to get back to the stone age.

I always think with open mind that if I am against one thing, I need to analyze it even closely and then arrive at the conclusion. I am trying to be positive about this application, but I am unable to reconcile the content of that application to the enduring civilization we live.

Most of this nonsense is due to a particular apprehension namely Attention seeking. People want to show off their skills to get a trade off and have their say on matters they are interested.

Attention seeking is the best strategy to prey for the primitive, dumb people who don't know what the heck they are doing.

People, mostly females (please don't get offended, this is as per statistical data), spend most of their childhood inside their homes and suddenly when they are exposed to the college life, they cannot adapt structurally their behavior, cannot comprehend the awestruck and doesn't behave rational.

If you are put in a cage and suddenly released from it, you may not be able to maintain the same composure that an average person possesses. It's like living in a bubble and suddenly leaving it.

The people use attention seeking like an "Industrial espionage mission" in order to interact with random people socially.

Trust is the key attribute for anyone to unravel their relationship to the next level.

 Conversation with a random person with whom you never have any sort of interaction is the recipe for disaster. When it comes to trust factor and ultimately derails the track that you are riding in your life with blocks like misunderstanding etc.

And not only that, Tik tok application is particularly used for body shaming, insulting and all low-level denomination behavior. It is better to stop the hooliganism than to prolong like wildfire😠

Alien civilization

Life on earth originated around 3.6 billion years ago as soon as laws of physics allowed it to happen. In other terms, due to the conditions present on the early earth, the primordial single-celled organism has risen out due to complex chemistry.

Life on earth up to 1/2 a billion years ago was present in single celled state happily doing it's thing like photosynthesizing the energy from the sun and doing just fine. But suddenly life took a leap by transforming itself from single celled to multi celled organism.

The complex chemistry became more and more complex as finally a species named homo-sapiens have arrived into the scene and conquered the entire planet.

We are the result of continuous transformation through a continuous process of evolution, and the final product until now is us.

We are so technologically advanced that we made the electrons our bidding through our whim of hand and doing so many things like inventing smart phones, inventing internet which our ancestors thought as sorcery. And we did escape our clutches of gravity and went to the moon, which is the first step of technological civilization because if two alien civilizations need to contact each other, firstly they need to learn to escape their host planet's gravity.

So, back to the aliens, the observable universe consists of 2 trillion galaxies , each galaxy with 100 billion stars, which together puts up to 1 sextillion stars.

In this vast and immense scale of the cosmos, extremely complex chemistry arise on at least one planet known as earth orbiting an insignificant star namely sun.

The life is mostly made of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and other elements. The universe in order consists of exact same elements in exact same way. We are one-on-one matching with the universe. How ever complex life may be, the universe created it from simple elements.

So in 1 sixtillion stars, do you think that we are alone in the universe? if so it is huborous on our side to think so. The universe is so vast and spaced out that we didn't find any evidence of alien species, that doesn't mean there are none considering the immensity of the universe.

If, for example our life is made of isotope of bismuth or other higher elements, then we can say that there is something going on down here, but it's not.

So however it may be, it is ridiculous on our part to say that we are alone in the universe.

So, if you want to meet alien civilization, then you go to their planet than they coming for us because if we go to that planet, we are superior than them and vice versa

The difference between a rock and you is the complex arrangement of atoms and nothing else. In this 13.8 billion years timescale we may not be able to possess more complex chemistry at our disposal than now, so be grateful that universe exists and you too after the grueling competition you have gone through like participating in races, competitions before rewarding yourself with brimming life.

So probably aliens do exist, we just didn't found them out 👽

It means distance(diameter) of the observable universe is 879 sextillion 854 Quintillion 400 Quadrillion Kilometres.

In other words, if we assume an average person to be 1.5 meters tall, then if all of them sleep Horizontally on a straight line, the people that take to cover the entire observable universe without any obstacles are equal to 586,862,884,800,000,000,000,000,000 persons
which means 586 septillion 862 sextillion 884 quintillion 800 Quadrillion average heighted Homosapiens, then we everybody can travel through the observable universe.

Why the detection of gravitational waves are very important?
     
                            let me tell you all an analogy including the mathematical facts.

• Our sun produces 100,000,000,000 or 100 billion hydrogen bombs per second. It's estimated age is 10 billion years. So total hydrogen bombs produced by our sun in its life time is 100,000,000,000*60*60*24*365*10,000,000,000=31,536,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 hydrogen bombs or 31 nanallion 536 septillion hydrogen bombs. This is only one tenth of its total energy. Rest of it is in super novae and white dwarf.
• But in that event of collision of black holes detected by LIGO,  three solar masses disappeared into gravitational waves in 2/10th of a second.
• Therefore, total energy produced by that collision of a black holes is 946,080,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 hydrogen bombs or 946 nanallion 080 septillion hydrogen bombs in 2/10th of a second.
• Now the no of solar massed stars energy required to match this is (946,080,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000/100,000,000,000)*10/2= 47,304,000,000,000,000,000 stars or 47 quintillion 304 quadrillion stars energy produced in 2/10th of a second. Which is more than the entire energy produced by all the stars in the observable universe at that moment. 
• And the detection of that massive energy amounts to 1/1000th of the diameter of the nucleus of a proton. The gravitational wave is traveling near light speed from 1.3 billion years and when these two black holes are colliding, there are only single celled organisms in the earth.

                                   100 years ago Albert Einstein predicted these gravitational waves, and on September 14th 2015, these waves are detected by LIGO in two detectors.
